2. For Customized Products Quality Assurance:
After getting the products, there are 7 days to confirm the products' quality, if the product is with quality problems and they are proved to be caused by us, the seller accept the no reason to return/refund within 7 days. But the buyer have to offer the evidence first. Beyond 7 days confirming time,no reason return & refund is unacceptable.
3. Beyond 7 days but within 30 days auto-entry warranty clause:
Situation 1 -- Human reasons: Buyer's damage or buyer's personal willingness, the seller can offer the repairing, but the freight & maintenance cost are borne by the buyer.
Situation 2 -- Non-human reasons: If the product has quality problems or natural causes of stone falling off and metal fading, the seller bears maintenance costs, but the buyer bears freight costs.
4. Lifelong Warranty Policy:
After 30 days, the seller guarantees the best quality and lowest price of maintenance and repair services. But all costs are borne by the buyer.
